I have yet to read a Karen Witemeyer book that I don't love. Karen's newest book, In Honors Defense, is her latest offering and I adored it. Luke Davenport and Demaris Baxter are intriguing characters who each for their own reasons feel that they do not deserve a family of their own. However, when they meet God changes their plans. This was a fun book to read and it was great to sit back and enjoy a western romance. I highly recommend this whole series. All three books show God's redemptive power.
So if I were you, I would brew up a pot of tea, power off the phone, and settle in for a great read.
